We set up a pool in our backyard this year and if you haven't seen it yet, you've got to check it out. ;) We got ourselves a stock tank pool and let me tell you, I am in love with it. Being a stock tank, it's only about 2" deep so traditional pool chairs and floats weren't going to work. I guess typical floating pool chairs act more as a chair, where your legs hang downward. In our short pool we needed to keep our legs up more and these work perfectly! What you will need (per chair): 2 pool noodles zip ties I didn't have long enough zip ties on hand, so I just connected 2 of them to make 1 longer one. All you need to do is fold one of your pool noodles in half cut one of your pool noodles in half and then attach each end to an end of the long pool noodle with your zip tie. Make sure you put a lot of pressure on the pool noodles so that you can get your zip ties nice and tight. Then trim off the excess zip tie with a scissors. * I made the first one by just folding one of the pool noodles in half and after multiple uses the noodle wanted to pull out of the loop. I ended up cutting one of the pool noodles in half and now they stay together nice abd tight! To use them, just sit down in it with your legs danging over the straight/double noodle part and your back against the curved noodle and relax away! pool noodle craftsWant more DIY's?
