What you will need: 16 gauge wire beads with larger holes pliers wire cutter Start by cutting down a piece of your wire according to the size of your plant or how big you want your stake with your wire cutter. At one end, take your pliers, grip the wire and wrap it around the tip of your pliers a few times to make sure your beads do not fall off the wire. Then add all of your beads to your wire. I had my kids helping me make these so we ended up with a wide variety of colors and sizes. Once you have all of your beads on, use your pliers to bed the wire underneath the bottom bead so that they don't fall off. Then you can stake them into your plants or give them as gift to your fellow plant lovers. You can make them in specific color themes, you can bend the wire to make different shapes - be creative! do it yourselfWant more DIY's?
