Do have a bunch of broken or little crayons laying around your house?  Shape them into brand new crayons that your kids will love to color with!

What you'll need:

broken crayons
silicone mold

Start by removing all of the paper from your crayons and breaking or cutting up them up into smaller pieces.

Then it's time to fill up your molds with all of your crayon pieces.  You can sort them by colors, do all solid colors or fill it with a mix of colors.  My kids love using the different colored pieces, so I went with all different colors.

*  Keep in mind, your mold will be stained with all the colors so you will not be able to reuse it for many different things *

Place your molds on a tin foil lined baking sheet and place in a 200* oven for about 15 minutes or until your crayons have completely melted.

Let them cool COMPLETELY.  Let them sit for hours, a full 24 hours if you can.  You want to make sure that they have completely hardened before you try to pop them out of your molds or they can easily break.  Once they are cooled and removed they're ready to be used!
