When we bought this house there were MANY, MANY dirty, ugly, disgusting things about it.  We started with the most important things and a lot of other minor projects got pushed to the back burner.  But now that the kitchen and bathrooms are remodeled, everything else in the house has been repaired it was now time to tackle little things.

And now it's time for this bathroom.  I never much cared for the bathroom tile, but after I really looked at the floor I realized the problem was mostly with the grout.  It always looked "dirty" even after I cleaned it.  That's when I realized the grout was just too dark.

So I came across this stuff: Polyblend Grout Renew

It is an all-in-one colorant and a sealer.  Meaning it'll color the grout and seal it.  And that was just what I needed!  I chose this color (Linen) because it was a great match for my tile, but there are many different colors available.

Just follow their directions.  Start by cleaning your grout.  Mine had recently been scrubbed good, so I skipped this part.  It says to apply it with a toothbrush and I have to say it worked great for me.  I poured some of the color onto a paper plate, dipped the toothbrush into it and then scrubbed in onto the grout.  I did a few lines at a time and then wiped up the excess with an old rag.  You do not want the color to dry on the tile.

Just keep working your way around your room.  Keep a thick bath towel with you for your knees, it gets to be hard to kneel on tile for any length of time.

My bathroom rook me a total of about 30 minutes to complete and if I knew this earlier and knew 30 minutes could completely transform this bathroom I would have put this at the top of the priority list!  I can't believe the difference.
