They are very easy to make and you can grab everything but the flowers from the dollar store. What you need: plastic pink flamingos utility knife flowers and soil Start by take your utility knife and cutting an opening in the top of your flamingo. Take your time and be careful cutting through the plastic. It doesn't have to be a perfect shape, just big enough to get your flowers in. If you plan to paint or add any decor items to your flamingo, now would be the time to do that. I left a flamingo pink and then painted one another color. Get creative with them! Then reattach your legs and use a little hot glue to help hold them in place if you need to. If you need to use your utility knife or a drill to make a hole or 2 in the bottom to make sure water can drain out. When the glue is dry add your soil and your flowers! dollar store craftsWant more DIY's?
