When we lived in Arizona we had little fairy gardens everywhere outside, but since living in Wisconsin we never really created them. So when I saw the dollar store had little fair garden decor I knew I had to make one and I knew exactly where to put it - in my dollar store DIY apothecary jar! What you will need: a glass dish or apothecary jar fairy garden decor artificial floral moss fake lavendar flowers Like I said before, I used my apothecary jar that I made with stuff from the dollar store. You can find that DIY here. Then all you need to do is assemble your fairy garden. First add your spanish moss to the bottom of your jar. When you have a good amount of padding in the bottom, add your fairy garden items. I picked this adorable fairy house for my garden because I wanted it to take up most of the jar. After that, add your little details. I cut the stems off of my lavender flowers so they were more appropriate to the size of the fairy house. Just take the stems and stuff them into your floral moss so that they are positioned just how you want them. Then it's time to display your sweet little fairy garden. You could also add a little battery operated led light set to your fairy garden to add some soft lighting to your jar. Can't find these items at your local dollar store?
