Need some good essential oil blends?  We mix all of our blends at a 2% dilution meaning 2% essential oils and 98% carrier oil.  This is what is recommended usage and this dilution rate works great.

Mix and store your oils in a blue or amber glass bottles .  You can even get a dropper top to make application even easier.  Or you can mix up a larger amount and then pour them into roller bottles so they are even easier to keep with you and use.

Roller bottle application recipes:

1 ounce carrier oil
6 drops total of essential oil

SLEEP:  3 drops lavender and 3 drops chamomile

HEADACHE:  4 drops peppermint and 2 drops lavender

CONGESTION:  2 drops peppermint, 2 drops lemon and 2 drops tea tree

CALMING:  2 drops lavender, 2 drops orange and 2 drops chamomile

SINUSES:  2 drops lemon, 2 drops lavender and 2 drops peppermint

Diffuser blends

CITRUS BLEND:  lemon, orange and peppermint

CLEANSING:  tea tree, lemon and peppermint

Be sure to use 100% pure essential oils and use a  high quality essential oil diffuser.  We use and highly recommend these essential oils and the their diffusers, but I have also LOVE these essential oils and use them quite often as well.

Recently I've started using Spark Naturals essential oils and so far, I love them too.  Great quality and great price too!

Obviously, there are many 100% pure and high quality essential oils available today at a competitive cost.
